The industrial world in the era of generation 4.0 needs personnel related to human resources who can handle crucial problems, especially terms data digitalization. purpose this paper is analyze supporting criteria that be used as a measure programmer selection for which provide optimal decisions and pay attention use multi-criteria have different quantitative assessments such contradictory times its application. problem, world, does not only require speed alone but requires professional staff transform into digital technology, digitalization technology needed conversion transferring process, so has an important role changing favorable conditions because it process get best from several programmers. method decision-making-analytic hierarchy (MCDM-AHP) <em>elimination et choix traduisant la realite</em> (ELECTRE) methods concept elimination. This part MCDM, uses eight evaluation process. results obtained selected programmers produce professionally people, benchmark with long preference index stage through elimination provides evidence determine decision making select number few aggregate dominant matrices.
